Description: Cat B fitout across 3 floors at Brierly Place including external and car park lighting, EV charging points, shower block, plant compound and generator. Main panels and distribution boards were replaced, new lighting and power was wired and installed to suit new layout which included open plan office areas, meeting rooms, offices, kitchen, breakout areas, corridors and toilets. All lighting was controlled via an intelligent lighting control system which included daylight dimming. External power was installed to feed the mechanical plant deck and a 50kVA diesel generator was installed and connected to essential services.
